6. Refund Policy
All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partially used billing periods.
- Unused account time.
- Failure to use the games or services.
- Canceling after a subscription payment has already been processed.
- Changing your mind after completing a purchase.
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse payments that have already been processed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the transaction.
7. Games and Game Content
OddPlay.online games are provided for entertainment.
Game features, characters, levels, artwork, mechanics, scores, achievements, items, availability, and other content may be added, removed, changed, reset, or updated at any time.
