All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused account time, or simply choosing to stop using the service.
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Canceling stops future automatic renewals and charges, but it does not refund payments that have already been processed.
Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your account and any included features through the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your subscription will not renew.
