Time the pliers when the needle hits green, hold the drill to grind without overheating the bit, or choose a filling for a safer but smaller payout. Never touch a healthy tooth. If pain reaches 100, the patient bolts, and three bolting patients end Earl's dental career for the day. It is dentistry with fewer credentials and considerably more yelping.
Controls:
Click a growing tooth to work on it.
Pliers: click / space when the needle hits green.
Gold silver = CRACK! bonus
Drills: hold to grind, let go to cool. Redline the heat and the bit seizes. Cracked tooth and now you're pulling it.
A filling pays less than a pull but no misses, no yelping, and the tooth stays in.
Never touch a healthy tooth.
Pain hits 100 and they bolt. Three bolts and Earl's done.
